Tomorrow I'm taking my car back to the dealer to have it serviced. It's got 73K miles on it. Do you think the service adviser checks to see if I might have been there before? Heck, no! Do you think I might move from the group of people who don't recommend that dealership to the group of people who do if they would take an extra 30 seconds and thank me for my continued business? Heck yea! yes, Yes, YES!!!
