However, let's make sure your readers don't confuse that with "segmenting" customers. Segmenting uses much more data and can be effective in focusing a business's resources where it will result in the most profits. Back in the 70's I was refused entrance to a country club because I wasn't wearing a jacket. I know how Robert feels.
